From the Mt. Mora Cemetery Site:
(visit link)

J(ohn) E Barrow was the owner of the lot, and Wylie died first in 1882, hence the date and and the information on Wylie.

John Barrow was a Navy Civil War Veteran. He was born in 1823 and died Mar. 10, 1933 due to diabetes.

I found no information on Wylie Barrow.
The marker reads:

Wylie M. Barrow
Born December 16, 1848,
Died January 19, 1882

Gone from our home, but not from our hearts.

Erected in 1882

This is one of the largest zinc markers I have seen - I guess around 15 feet. It is topped by a woman clad in a toga, right arm raised with her index finger pointed up. Her left hand holds an open book.
The other two panels show a sheath of wheat and a single rose.
