The original chapel was built at this place in 1912 and it was demolished in 1960s. The current chapel is a replica built in 2010 according to the only photo preserved in the regional museum archive. It was consecrated in June 2011 by bishop of Litomerice, and the ceremony was attended by pilgrims from both sides of the border. There is a new bell with inscription "Hlas muj jak hlas zivota nechte znit, dobrym lidem k poteseni, Krusnym horam k ochraneni" (Let sound my voice like a voice of life, to good people for joy, to Krusne Hory mountains for protection).
The chapel is open and you can see the bell from the inside.
