"The Drummer, a 96-inch bronze sculpture, was executed in 1989-1990 by Barry Flanagan. The abstract piece depicts a rabbit on its hind legs playing a drum. It was acquired as part of the Joseph H. Hirshhorn Bequest and Purchase Funds in 1995."
