Chips is a vintage diner with a 1950's futuristic theme architecture including Vegas-level neon. They have good atmosphere, value and service.
Zippy visited Chips Restaurant in 2006 when business was at a lull. Zippy amused himself with memorized versions of "Three's Company" while he was alone.
