This is a bronze sculptures of a sea god or triton blowing on a conch shell with two mermaids at his feet. The group stand in the centre of a round pool.

The inscription on the south wall of the pond reads:
"In memory of Sigismund Christian Hubert Goetze 1866-1939 / Painter lover of the arts and benefactor of this park".

The bronze statue shows Triton and two mermaids and was created by William McMillan who is also know for the two fountains in Trafalgar Square.
