The four clock faces are all identical in design. The clock face is mounted on a circular section, painted black, that holds the face about 30cm proud of the steeple face. The clock face is white and is possibly made of a translucent material so that it can be back lit at night. The face has three golden rings. The outer two are outside and inside the minute marks and the second and third ones are outside and inside the minute marks, respectively. The hour marks are traditional Roman numerals of a san-serif design so look "clean". The hour and minute hands are black with a gold flash along their centre lines. The minute hand has two gold flashes, perpendicular to the longitudinal flash, eith side of the central spindle to which the hands are attached. There is a touch of decoration within the inner gold ring with six diamonds pointing from the central spindle to the even numbered hours. The inner parts of each diamond are common to the one adjacent.
