Erected in the 14th century, seven-storey 29 meters of height, the only building of this type preserved out of four which surrounded the Upper Castle. It was build from broken sandstone.
The present shape of the tower was given after the renovation in the 19th century; the clock mechanism is also preserved from that time. Nowadays it is a fantastic observation point with a view over both sides of the Olza river as well as Beskydy mountains.
