Hermitage Post Office

This post office is part of one of the few remaining towns of Davidson County, Tennessee that has retained its name. Most of the other communities were absorbed by Nashville, and, even though they still hold onto to their historic lineage, their mailing addresses reflect the city name of Nashville. Hermitage is so named because it is home of the Hermitage, home of Andrew Jackson.

This post office location is awesome. Even though I live in Donelson, this one is actually closer to me. The staff here are on top of their game. My only gripe about the location is the parking lot is a bit rough to navigate. But, inside the building is one of the finest operations in the postal service.
