Located North of Leesville Blvd on the East side of Backlick Run. Survey Mark is on top of a concrete post 20 feet South of a manhole and 3 feet North from the end of the Northeast wingwall of the bridge.

NOTE: Manhole is located below the bridge on the East bank of Backlick Run. Datasheet lists stamping as 1 WTM, actual stamping is WTM 1.
