The Roman catholic church of Ettingen is located on a small hill in the southwest of the village. The church is surrounded by a cemetery.
The current building is from 1913/1914 with some extensions from 1937. But there were many churches at the same location before, the oldest relics were from a small church of the 7th century. They were usually rebuilt and extended when the population grew and needed a larger church. It was completely renovated in 1994.
The wall pictures (1953) and the stained glass windows (1937) are both from Jacques Düblin, a local artist.
