A fountain that is now out of use that also serves as a memorial to Henry Evans Charles. The fountain is a column with a face on it that look to have been made from bronze as it is tinted green.

The plaque reads:-

Henry Evans Charles
M.R.C.S (eng) Died 30th March 1907
"He went about doing good"
Erected by Public Subscription
