You'll either need to enlist the aid of a friend for family member who can be online at home or have a smart phone that is capable of viewing the web cam page and saving the image for you to upload later. Once you are at the listed coordinates, someone will need to visit the camera pageat (http://www.dickgilbert.com or webcam) Please don't stand in the road for your picture. The best place to stand would be near the curb a little bit to the southt of where the turn arrow is for the right lane. YOU MUST POST A PHOTO TAKEN BY THE WEBCAM TO CLAIM THIS CACHE. IF THE WEBCAM IS NOT WORKING AT THE TIME YOU ARE THERE, PLEASE POST A LOG TO THAT EFFECT AND PLAN TO REVISIT THE SITE. However, if you are using your phone to access the webcam site and have trouble saving the image to your phone, you may use another camera to take a picture of your phone, showing you in the webcam image.
