The center piee of the Clay County Veterans Memorial Park is a brick wall with seven ingraved black marble slabs containing names. There is no explanatory plaque. Above the marble slabs are the emblems of the Coast Guard, Army, Air Force, Navy and Marines. Also part of the park are a fountain and an M1A2 155mm howitzer.
The Park is located behind the Clay County Courthouse on Town Branch Road.
