Falls City was the original name for Rock Island, TN. The spring house, called the "Spring Castle", is a small stone structure built on top of the spring. The spring was used by mill workers of the Great Falls Cotton Mill and others as a source of drinking water. A flight of stairs will take you to the castle. There isn't anything inside, but just outside the door you'll see the spring coming up out of the ground.
The Mill and Spring Castle are accessible from a parking lot next to the mill.
