The bell is on a red, stone, multi-tired base. The bell's headstock (which looks like the yoke of an ox) is made of metal, presumable iron and since it was taken out of whatever bell tower it was once in, rust has dripped off of it and onto the side of the bell below it. One side of the bell has a representation of Christ being crucified. Above the religious icon is the following inscription: Pro Ecclesta Sancti Augustine Philada Ann Domi 1866

To get to the bell, ascend the steps on the left side of the church. Walk past the 35 burial vaults to the left and the next thing you will see behind the landscaping is this bell, centered in the courtyard.
