Clock in one of the control towers of Orly airport.
The clock is composed of 3 dials with 2.50 m in diameter each made of white perspex. There are no numbers. The hours are represented by black dots (Big dots for 0/12, 3, 6 and 9 and small dots for 1,2,4,5,7,8,10 and 11).
The three dials are controlled by a central receiver with RMD transmissions and cardan.
Since the function is to keep time in a simple and easy to crews arriving from distant skies, these clocks are synchronized by radio.
