Erlenmatten is a former industrial area in the north of Basel that has been recently changed into a residential zone.
The playground is very new, there is little green yet and the trees are small.
The playground equipment looks special and there are many experimental objects around but it has also many of the standard features as sandbox, see-saw, slides and swings.
