This small building is labelled the Cambodian Court of Appeal. It is found on the Mekong River, near the centre of the city of Phnom Penh. The buildings looks to date from the French colonial era. In 2010 the building was clearly in use as a court house, however, when I visited in late 2011 the building showed every sign of disuse. It seemed to be no more than carpark space. Either it is undergoing renovation or the Cambodian government has decided that a new, and no doubt more grand, edifice is required for the court. Adjacent to several other public buildings.
