This hobo is depicted with threadworn shoes, patched trousers, a shabby blue jacket and a rumpled hat. it somewhat resembles Oliver Hardy's portrayal of such characters in some old movies. It is placed near the Tilt-a-Whirl ride at the Casino Pier. Over his left shoulder, he carries a polka-dotted red and white bag on a stick.
