Six arched niches are aligned in a row. The four in the middle are larger and contain only the suggestion of a sculpture. The niche on the left contains a partially draped nude figure standing upright and facing right. The niche on the right is filled with an heroic image of Neptune (or Oceanus) that suggests of the figure in the central statue of the Trevi Fountain in Rome. The bearded figure is holding a trident, standing on a clam shell and flanked by a pair of horses.
Other features include a masked figure in a chef's hat eating spaghetti and the coat of arms of Bracigliano, Italy. The entire, unsigned, mural is executed in monochrome shades of brown and is dated in large Roman numerals - MMV (2005).
