This cemetery is just off Sturgeon Road, 5.1 km (3 mi) north of the Perimeter Highway in the Rural Municipality of Rosser, Manitoba. Bel Acres Golf Course is across the road.

There is some online information from CanadaGenWeb's Cemetery Project , available here: Lilyfield Cemetery. They list the first burial as 1904.
But the on-site sign says first burial was Kate Oatway in 1909. "Although there are grave markers that predate this, it is believed these earlier gravestones were placed after 1909 as memorials, or to mark graves transferred to this cemetery."
