The Southcliff area was named by the Vancouver Housing Authority that redeveloped it after the World War II housing was removed. It is one of the affluent areas in the Heights. The park by that name is located at Umatilla Way and Oregon Drive. It is a semi-developed park. It has a play field, play equipment and hiking trails. Plenty of parking.
