This historic pump is located in the Transportation building at the historic Drake's Well. You will need to buy a ticket to get in during the day ($3 -$6 depending on the time of year) or you can stop after close but before dark and peek in the window to see it. It is permissible to be on the grounds after close but you have to be gone by dark.
While you are in the building you may as well push some buttons and learn a little something about our oil past.
The pump is made by the "Guarantee Liquid Measure Co. Rochester PA"
Even though the pump is in the building I still managed to get coordinates for the pump it's self.
