An artistic, elegant tribute to fallen servicemen who died in modern U S wars, this memorial is an important part of Moorpark history.

Set on a 1/2 acre, the memorial features a victory column with an eagle perched atop. The walkway of decomposed stone leads to an area that appears to simulate a battlefield, with trees representing human soldiers. Polished stone set in an amphitheater base serves as a base for three flags: the US flag, California state flag and the POW-MIA flag.
Three matte finished tablets provide space for Moork servicemen who have fallen, or who may fall in the future
