Long Description:
St. Paul's Chapel is part of the Trinity Church complex. Trinity Church has two cemeteries...and the Chapel has it's own as well.
Wikipedia (visit link) has a page on the three cemeteries...and for St. Paul's it lists the following prominent people who are buried there:
"George Frederick Cooke (1756–1812), actor whose skull was used in Edwin Booth's production of Hamlet
Stephen Rochefontaine (d. 1798), Revolutionary War Continental Army officer.
John Holt (1721–1784), publisher
Richard Montgomery (1738–1775) Major General in the Continental Army"
The page doesn't list the number of graves...but a guestimate would be about 200.

The cemetery is directly across from the former World Trade Center. The only damage from the terrorist attacks to the Church or graveyard was the felling of a tree. The Church served as a resting spot for 911 rescue workers and then became a focal point for 911 memorials. The painting of the Presidential Seal is above the pew that was set aside for George Washington.
Wikipedia (visit link) has an extensive article about the Chapel.
