Peñas del Chache is the highest point on the island Lanzarote, one of the Canary Islands. It’s situated in the north of the island and reaches 670 metres. You cannot reach the actual top of the mountain because of military activity. You can reach the gate at 29° 7.077'N 13° 31.214'W. by driving from Haria to the south or from Teguise to the north over the LZ-10.
