An old series of bank buildings that are now a number of shops including an antiques shop and phone shop on the south side of Eastgate Street in Chester town centre.
The building was built in 1895 by Thomas Lockwood as is documented in Pevsner and Hubbard 2003, p. 165. where Hubbard states that this is Lockwood building at his best.
