Inside the Riverside Shopping Centre is a peculiar looking clock, installed there for the millennium.
The clock has a big red wheeled vehicle that moves left and right. When it reaches the end of the row, pumps move so that it ends up on a different line on the way back. Thus, the vehicle slowly makes it was to the top before doubling back for the route down.
The clock was unveiled by the mayor of Evesham on 23 October 1999.
Unfortunately the clock is a bit temperamental these days and isn't always fully functional.
