The coordinates will take you to the walkway (viewing area) on the Veterans memorial bridge in Oil City PA. were you can best view the letters. Citizens including waymarkers are not allowed at the location of the sign because of the water tank and the fact that it would just not be safe.
When standing on the bridge look north and up and you will see the letters that you seek. Parking is available on either end of the bridge but please be careful crossing the streets because they are normally very busy.
