This solitary grave exists as a memorial to early North American settlers. Surrounding this site is a highway, housing developement, and some sort of nearby business. A nearby memorial stone describes the lives of the pioneers who initially tried to settle here. Obviously someone died nearby... and their lone grave now catches the eye of those who speed past.
