Jewels Dance Hall has been in business since the 1930's. It started out as a dairy creamery and evolved into a gathering place where people came to polka dance. After many years of polka dancing it changed to a country western format. It remains country western today on the weekends. On the first Thursday of the month Jewels features popular polka bands. They also offer line dance lessons.
