DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1923 AT SPRINGFIELD. AT SPRINGFIELD, HAMPDEN COUNTY, AT THE EAST MUNICIPAL BUILDING, IN THE EAST SIDE OF THE STAIRWAY STRUCTURE, IN THE FOUNDATION, 2 FEET FROM THE SOUTH WALL, AND ABOUT 1 FOOT ABOVE THE SIDEWALK. A STANDARD DISK, STAMPED 69.380 D 1923 AND SET VERTICALLY.
