One of two zinc headstones in Old Port Medway Cemetery along the Atlantic shore in Port Medway, Nova Scotia. This headstone is dedicated to two children of the Bowlby and Acker families.

A zinc spire, mounted on 3 zinc plinths, all set upon a concrete base and topped with a vase. This headstone measures about 7 feet in height.
The bottom zinc plinth panels are simulated stone. The middle plinth is smooth with one side dedicated to Lee Bowlby and no wording on the others. The upper zinc plinth is smooth with one side dedicated to Willie Acker and the words Safe in the Arms of Jesus and Sheltered from Sorrow on two of the three remaining sides. The middle sections of the spire are decorated with praying angels, shaking hands, roses and crosses. The upper spire panesl are topped with draped curtains on all four sides. The spire is has a decorative base and vase with a flame at the top.
