The mark is located at Fort Stevens Historic Area. Battery 245 at Fort Stevens is a World War II reinforced concrete gun battery located near Point Adams on the Oregon side of the Columbia River. The mark is located on top of the reinforced concrete structure that sits between the two gun emplacement. It is flush with the top of the structures and sits roughly in the center of the top at the north end.
