In Northampton's downtown section, there is a nice restaurant called Karma. This restaurant serves vegan cuisine, and, on top of that, has a wide selection of herbal and green teas, which can be served hot or cold - or even as a smoothie!
The restaurant is located in a store type space that has two levels. The menu has such items to choose from like: butternut fettucini, coconut curry chickpea cauliflower stew, and sweet potato wedges. Menus can and do change, however. They do buy locally, so ingredients will change over the year.
The prices were moderate, but with quality food, you have to expect that it would be a little more.
There is a catering service that is mentioned on the site. It does not appear that they have a delivery service.
