This bronze memorial marker was placed on the Lyon County courthouse lawn in memory of all our nation’s serviceman. It reads: "In loving memory of all veterans who so gallantly defended our national heritage in all wars. The American Legion and Auxillary, Lyon County, Dedicated Memorial Day, 1987.” It is fixed to a flat piece of granite on the west side of the courthouse.
