This work was originally a mural but was covered with a matching glass mosaic in October 2010 by artists Pablo Basques and Greta mcLain. It can be found on the back of the building on the SE corner of Cesar Chavez st. and State St. in West Saint Paul.
On the wall next to this mosaic is a large mural. There are several other murals and mosaics all within easy walking distance in this area.
