The station was built in 1952 as an army meteo station. Since 1954 it is under civilian management. The measurements include basic weather data, air quality monitoring, soil temperature monitoring and measuring of UV-light index.
The station is staffed by three CHMI employees, they are very friendly and show you around the station. I was slightly in a hurry and didn't use the invitation - you can take more photos of the instruments when you visit the WM.

You must post Waymark coordinates as well as a picture
of you with a GPSr or Geocaching/Waymarking
attire/equipment and the subject weather station in
the background. The main photo should be of just the
weather station itself.
