Formerly known as North Gatlinburg Park, it was renamed to commermerate local citizen Herbert Holt. While small, the park does have a covered pavilion with a large fireplace/grill and sinks, a disabled-accessible fishing pier, several concrete picnic tables with grills, playground area (for ages 2-12), horseshoe pits (but bring your own shoes to toss), trout growing area (for viewing only from other side of fence), and restrooms. Was a good place for a challenging bocci game and cards during family picnic.
