DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1968 1 MI W FROM PADUCAH. ABOUT 0.1 MILE NORTHWEST ALONG NORTH 5TH STREET FROM THE POST OFFICE AT PADUCAH, THENCE 0.2 MILE SOUTHWEST ALONG JEFFERSON STREET, THENCE 0.85 MILES NORTHWEST ALONG 8TH STREET WHICH IS THE BUSINESS ROUTE FOR U.S. HIGHWAY 45. 190 FEET SOUTHWEST OF THE CENTERLINE OF THE STREET, 34 FEET NORTHWEST OF THE CENTERLINE OF BURNETTE STREET, SET IN THE TOP OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE MOST EASTERLY OF FOUR ABANDONED CONCRETE FOOTINGS, 74 1/2 FEET NORTHWEST AND ACROSS BURNETTE STREET FROM THE NORTHWEST BRICK WALL OF THE WEST BUILDING MATERIALS COMPANY, 90 FEET SOUTHWEST OF THE SOUTH CORNER OF A CONCRETE BLOCK BUILDING, 39 1/2 FEET SOUTH OF THE MORE SOUTHERLY OF TWO COTTONWOOD TREES, ABOUT 2 FEET ABOVE THE LEVEL OF THE GROUND, AND ABOUT 3 FEET ABOVE THE LEVEL OF THE STREETS.
