The memorial is a simple stone obelisk. At the front side there is a Czechoslovak crest and a rhyme in Czech:
"Traveller! Go and tell your fellows what our bones say: that we fell for the nation by our duty".

A smaller plaque informs that a soil from Zemun and Nis battlefields (in Serbia) has been stored here.
At the sides there are two plaques with a list of names.
