Before I started work in this area this building was the Post Office for Redhill.
Now quite tastefully converted to a Prezzos Restaurant. A good place to go for lunchtime meetings with clients.
The Cut Bench Mark is found on the south facing wall at the junction of London Road and Queensway.

My description would be:
Found on corner of building at Junction of London Road and Queensway a few feet up Queensway on render below brickwork. Approx 2m above pavement level.
