Primm is the first thing that people coming from California see as soon as they make the big curve on Interstate 15 and start down the long grade toward the Nevada border. Like most such Nevada border crossings on major highways, the hotel/casinos are built right up against the state border.

Zoltar is located in the mall walkway between the Primm Valley Casino and the shops to the south.
