This memorial is dedicated to all veterans of all wars of the United States of America. It is located on the grounds of the Old DeLand Memorial Hospital, which is now a museum.

The hospital was constructed in 1920 in memorial to the service men in World War I. This larger non-specific memorial was added in 1988. It features several plaques that honor veterans of World War I, World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War, as well as a special plaque honoring DeLand's Tuskegee Airman Charles Bailey.

 Description of Memorial: The memorial includes a short wall with several plaques honoring the veterans of World War I, World War II, and the Korean War, as well as a special plaque honoring DeLand's Tuskegee Airman Charles Bailey. There are three flagpoles adjacent to the memorial wall bearing the U.S. flag, the State of Florida flag, and either the Volusia County flag or the City of DeLand flag (the wind wasn't blowing so it wasn't possible to discern). At the base of the U.S. flagpole is an engraved stone bearing the words listed above.
