Found this mark on the way to work this morning.

To find from the Town of Clear Lake, go East on county road A for approximately 5.7 kilometers to intersection with county road P. Mark is on the South East corner, about 10 meters off the road, surrounded by 3 orange witness posts.
Condition: Mark found in good condition
