Range 250 1995 - U.S. Benchmarks on Waymarking.com

This was an interesting find. I had found a bunch of similar marks resulting in a north to south line due to a very similar east/west coordinate. I looked at a map of my benchmarks and noticed a hole. So today I drove through that hole and I actually predicted finding this mark within seconds of seeing the witness posts.

This is also an interesting find, as there were wild strawberry plants around it. They were flowering, later in the summer there should be berries though!

To find it Go to the village of Range on Highway 8. Then go north on 60th street/county road D for approximately 2.4 kilometers to the intersection with 145th ave. Mark is on the north west corner, about 10 meters from the center line, and surrounded by 3 orange witness posts.
