At the headquarters of the Boy Scouts of American, Utah National Parks Council there is a beautiful Boy Scout statue. Dennis Smith is the artist who sculpted the statue of a boy scout standing tall with his walking stick. The full size bronze statue of the boy scout is standing on a bronze bolder with the fleur-de-lis at his feet. He is dressed in a scout uniform, his belt also has the fleur-de-lis on the bulkle. With a backpack on his back he looks ready for a hike and camping trip. The statue is mounted on a white block with the plaque. It was funded by Sorenson Capital and Ronald & Susan Mika. This statue adds a great appearance to the council building.
