Found this mark on my way to work this morning, any more detailed information about this mark would be greatly appreciated!

From the town of Range on Highway 8 Go south for approximately 7.9 km on 60th street, which turns into JJ/60th street to the intersection of JJ/60th street and 80th ave. Mark is 15 meters southwest of center of intersection and is surrounded by 3 orange witness posts.
