This utility box is painted on two sides only. It is located on the southeast corner of the intersection of Bay and King Streets in Santa cruz, California.
The colorful design seems to be some teardrop-shaped, amoeba-like creatures with their eyes located on some long stalks. Some ivy leaves and a ladybug are scattered through the design.
