The rating given of Historic Inn reflects the intervention that in a ruined convent was made ??an architectural work that, based on the architectural heritage of the past, reconstructed with the needs of today.
The building has the natural image in recent years, with no roof covering visible from outside, and with only the front windows with glass and without apparent frames, reinforcing the idea of something stuck in time. One sees that the grass growing on the roof (these were covered with earth from where plants such as that once clung to bracing in ruins). The cloister was maintained without the inclusion of protective glasses. Was kept within the original structure of the dependencies, with decor appealing to simple materials and sober. In some rooms successive doors were removed to create a continuous space, leaving only their openings, having been used some of those same doors as decorative panels placed on the walls. He remained at the rear facade of the large granite fireplace of the old refectory, running the restaurant in the old kitchen space. Part of the hydraulic system mounted by the Cistercian monks was preserved, and can observe and hear in various places, the water that runs through the monastery.
The Inn has 32 rooms, restaurant, bar and terrace, as well as swimming pools for adults and children.
